INNEED is a rental marketplace connecting discovery with vendor onboarding, checkout, the rental lifecycle, disputes, and administration.
The problem to work through
Listings are only one part of a marketplace. Vendors and renters need the product to manage what happens after an order, including payment verification and exceptions.
The complete lifecycle
I brought account and vendor workflows, listings, rental state, and administration into the same product.
Payments that connect to the order
The payment integration includes Razorpay and verification, with the rental workflow continuing beyond the checkout screen.
A place for exceptions
Disputes and administrative workflows give non-happy-path cases a place in the system.
Discovery through resolution
The repository documents the implementation and setup. No adoption or transaction-volume claim is implied.
What I take from it
Designing a marketplace means following an order until it is resolved, not stopping when the payment button works.
